Playgrounds reopen but visitors reminded to Stay Alert and Stay Safe

Waverley Borough Council managed playgrounds are open from Saturday 4 July but the council are reminding residents to follow guidance to protect themselves and others.

  • Don’t visit if the play area is already busy
  • Keep a safe distance from others not in your household/bubbles
  • Wash hands before and after use and carry antibacterial handwash or wipes
  • Clean equipment before use
  • Do not remove any temporary barriers or unravel any swing seats or cables that are secured.
  • If you or your household are showing any Coronavirus symptoms, please do not visit.
