Building Control fees and how to pay

Fees

If you are unsure of the fee or where the scope of work if not listed for example, for multiple types of building work or larger/complicated projects the fee will need to be advised to you. When you submit your application, select the 'Contact us for the fee' option and we will review the details and email you.

How to pay

if you submitted the application online via the Planning Portal - you must pay for the application via the Planning Portal. Without payment to the Planning Portal, they will not release your application to us. Note the Planning Portal charge a £21 fee to submit your application to us.

if you submit an application online via our website, and you know the fee, you will be redirected to our online payments page.
