Tenant Satisfaction Measures

These measures are set by the Regulator of Social Housing to allow tenants to see how we are performing as a landlord.

Of the 22 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs):

  • Twelve are the direct views of Waverley tenants, gathered through surveys
  • Ten are service level indicators, using performace data supplied by us.
