Housing strategies

Affordable Homes Delivery Strategy 2022-25

Council adopted the new strategy on 26 April 2022 to address housing issues faced by people living in Waverley.

Build More, Build Better, Build for Life

We consulted residents, partner organisations, and other stakeholders in January and February 2022. Their responses have been taken into account and are reflected in this document.

Homelessness Strategy

The Homelessness Strategy was approved by Council on 12 December 2023.

Homelessness Strategy 2023-2028

The strategy outlines how we, with the help of our partners, will tackle homelessness in Waverley until the end of 2028. Each year we review our progress in delivering the strategy with help from our statutory and voluntary partners and feedback from customers.

Tenancy Strategy and Policy

The Tenancy Strategy and Policy was approved by Council on 30 June 2022.
