Homeowners

The services and information in this section only apply to Waverley leaseholders or freeholders.

If you own a property previously owned by Waverley or we own the lease to your property, you are a leaseholder or freeholder. 

 

Typically owners of ex-Waverley flats or those in any type of shared ownership property that we manage are leaseholders. Owners of ex-Waverley houses are freeholders.

Please check your deed if you are unsure.
