In Holly's own words:
"Together we can work on building your self awareness which can help you understand your patterns, dilemmas and empower you to make life-changing choices. I will provide you with a non-judgemental space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and fears safely. At the core of my work is the therapeutic relationship and we will work together to build a working alliance where you can feel supported to deepen your understanding of your experiences.
Aside from the traditional elements of talking therapy, I have a special interest and experience in how the body stores our unresolved deepest emotions, which can show up as tension or chronic pain. When appropriate, I may invite you to explore sensations through movement, breath, or meditation."
Holly is a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and follows their Ethical Framework. She has regular supervision and attends regular CPD training.
Holly offers a free 30-minute telephone/online session to help prospective clients decide whether she is the right therapist for them at this time. Following that, her fee is £55 for 50 minutes.
