Review of Gambling Policy

The Gambling Act 2003 requires Waverley Borough Council to have a Statement of Gambling Policy which must be reviewed at least every three years. 

The current policy has been in place since January 2022 and must now be reviewed. A revised draft of the policy is available to view/download:

All comments received by midnight on 25 October 2024 will be sent to the relevant Licensing Committee and the council for consideration and final approval. 

The new policy will be in place by January 2025 and remain in place for a further three-year period, unless amended earlier.
