The Thriving Communities Commissioning Fund 2025-2028 closed to new applications on 28.11.24.

What happens next?

Applications will be assessed by a panel, meeting in December 2024.

The assessment criteria and overview document explains how the panel will assess each application.

Confirmation of funding will be agreed at Full Council on 11 February 2025 and applicants will be informed of the outcome of their applications after this date.

The Thriving Communities Commissioning Fund is available to not-for-profit organisations that deliver services in Waverley and meet the scheme's priorities.

Priority one – improving people’s health and wellbeing 

Priority two – enabling access to information, advice and guidance 

Priority three – reducing social isolation and loneliness 

Priority four – building stronger, connected communities
