Warm welcome venues

Warm welcome venues are places where you can drop in, get warm and meet others this winter. Some will offer hot food and/or refreshments. Some will provide information about keeping safe and well at home this winter.

We have provided a small grant to each of the warm welcome venues below to enable them to provide this support to the community.

We are grateful to Smith and Byford, our heating contractor for servicing, safety inspection repair and maintenance and planned boiler replacements for our Housing service, who we are working in partnership with this year to provide additional financial support to some of the warm welcome venues.

Our funding supports the costs for venues to be open including heating and to provide hot drinks/food over the winter period or until all funds have been spent. If you let the hosts know you are visiting them to make use of their Warm Welcome, they will make sure you recieve your warm welcome offer. There is no charge for a warm welcome offer.

Drop by your local warm welcome venue, everyone is welcome.
