Talented athlete? Apply for free club membership at David Lloyd Farnham

Waverley Borough Council, in partnership with David Lloyd Farnham, are giving away a small number of free, annual memberships to aspiring talent during 2025.

Applications are now open for the David Lloyd Farnham Complimentary Membership Scheme 2024-25, which offers talented athletes who live in Farnham (neighbouring areas may be considered) the opportunity to be awarded a year’s free membership at David Lloyd.

To apply, you must fit the eligibility criteria listed on our Waverley Borough Council website. Please note there are only limited spaces available.

Applications are assessed by a panel and the successful applicants will be notified before the end of the year. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 6 December 2024.

Councillor Kika Mirylees, Waverley Borough Council's Portfolio Holder for Community Services, Leisure and EDI, said: “This initiative gives aspiring local sports stars a wonderful chance to benefit from the excellent facilities at David Lloyd Farnham and further strengthen their talents.  I would encourage all those who live in the area and who have an interest, to apply at the soonest.”
