Reporting a missed bin

Do you have a missed bin? Although our waste contractor works hard to collect bins on time, a number of events can have an impact; help us to help you by reporting via our dedicated missed bin online form.

Delays in bin collections can happen for a number of reasons:

• road closures
• poorly parked cars
• service disruptions
• staff shortages

 Or it could be:

• your bin was not in the right place
• it was put out after 6am
• the wrong waste in the wrong bin.

All you need to do is put your postcode in, then click on find address.

Please remember, missed bins must be reported within three working days of the collection (including the collection day).
