Parking fine scam!

We have been made aware of a scam involving text messages purporting to be from your local authority with a link to pay for a parking fine.

Please note that we never send Penalty Charge Notices by post, text or email. The only way a PCN is served in Waverley car parks is by placing a physical notice on the car windscreen or handing one to the driver of the vehicle.

 Please also note we do not use QR codes in any of our car parks for the payment of parking fees, so if you see a QR code sticker on any of our machines, do not use it. There is more information on this type of scam on the RAC website.
