Last chance for Waverley tenants to rate their council homes

Waverley tenants have just a few days left to get involved in a survey to rate their council homes and the housing services they receive.

Closing on 3 July 2021, the Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) is a nationally recognised survey of tenant satisfaction, which is undertaken every few years to gain valuable feedback on housing services. Independent research company ARP Research has been commissioned to carry out the survey on behalf of Waverley Borough Council.

Any tenant can go online and access the survey by visiting Waverley Borough Council’s Tenant Survey 2021 webpage.

Councillor Anne-Marie Rosoman, Waverley Borough Council Portfolio Holder for Housing and Community Safety, said: “There’s still a few days left to have your say and I would urge any tenants who haven’t yet done so, to take part. Listening to the views of our tenants is extremely important to us; this survey allows us to find out how satisfied our tenants are, not only with their home, but also the services we provide as their landlord. Their feedback will help us to decide what improvements can be made to ensure an even better service in the future.”

Results of the survey will be publicised to residents later this year.  Those taking part will qualify for entry into a prize draw to win up to £100 in shopping vouchers.
