Digital marketing expert delivers free training for Waverley businesses

Waverley businesses that are ambitious to attract more customers and grow their business online still have time to take part in a free digital marketing accelerator programme organised by Waverley Borough Council.

The online programme is being run by locally based Method Marketing and consists of three 60-minute sessions. The highly practical sessions will cover how to get the most out of Google Analytics, how to rate the performance of online advertising and how to put together an actionable plan for the year ahead.

Councillor Liz Townsend, Waverley Borough Council’s Portfolio Holder for Economic Development, says: “This training is helpful for businesses that have struggled during the pandemic and are now looking for ways to regain their sales and leads. It is also suitable for businesses that have seen success and want to build on that success.”

As an additional bonus, businesses that sign up for the training will be automatically entered into a draw to receive a free one-to-one session with digital marketing consultant Emma Dastur who is the founder of Method Marketing.

The training is funded by a government grant aimed at helping the business community to recover from the pandemic.
