Waverley investigates suspected breach of Stovolds Hill Injunction

Waverley Borough Council is aware of the unauthorised occupation of land at Stovolds Hill, in breach of a High Court injunction. The council intends to enforce the injunction.

Given the costs involved in pursuing legal action, complex evidence-gathering and meticulous case preparation is necessary to ensure the council is successful and public money is used appropriately.

The Council aims to commence High Court proceedings at the earliest opportunity.
